Frequently asked questions

when will I receive my order?


Your order is usually shipped within 3 - 5 business days of when the order is placed, depending on its availability and stock status. Larger equipment and custom items usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Please remember that shipping times do not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please check the product page for any additional information about shipping times.

Elite Fitness Company ships products via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and various freight carriers.




Can I return or exchange my item?


Yes. Please note that no returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by Elite Fitness Company. To authorize a return or exchange contact Elite Fitness Company at: (707) 861-0228 or info@elitefitnesscompany.com. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking charge may be assessed on all returned goods. Apparel may be returned only if they are unused and in their original packaging. Items are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
